We Handle the Parent Communication
One of the biggest benefits of our managed photo-day system is that we can take much of the administration away from the club.
You provide us with parent contact details, and we can contact parents directly with the photography information.
We have strict GDPR procedures in place and will only use parent contact information for communications relating to the photography session and subsequent orders.
This means your volunteers don't have to spend their time messaging parents, collecting orders or chasing payments.

What Happens on Your Sports Photography Day?
We make the process straightforward.
1. Check Our Availability

2. Photo Day Manager
Our dedicated Photo Day Manager will contact you to confirm the details.
3. Provide Your Team Lists
You provide us with your player and team lists, and we'll create the photography schedule.
4. Parent Information
You provide parent contact details and we can message parents directly with the photography information.
5. Players Arrive
Players arrive at their allocated time in full, clean kit.
6. Individual Photography
Each player has 3–4 poses.
7. Team Photograph
We then photograph the whole team.
8. Gallery
Parents and carers are sent the link and password for their gallery.
8a. On the day viewing
If we are offering on the day viewing (Media day) - then parents can view their Childs images within minutes and place an order for immediate digital download, or photographs which are printed instantly.
9. Ordering & Delivery
Orders are either despatched directly to parents or delivered back to the club if that option is selected.
10. Club Commission
After 30 days you'll receive your commission directly into the club account, subject to the minimum spend threshold.
